NAAM seeks to identify potential Youths from the B40 category to participate in the agriculture training programmes carried out throughout the country in collaboration with Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) and Lembaga Pemasaran Pertanian Persekutuan (FAMA). These Youths will be nurtured to be successful independent Agropreneurs who will have the access to best available resources i.e. seeds,fertilizer and infrastructure. Eventually , these Youths will have direct access to the nation distribution network and marketplace, thus dispensing away with the middleman and generate a higher income.
Vocational & Technical Skills
NAAM's programmes are conducted by the industry experts specialising in skills required in Oil & Gas, Mechanical , Automotive and Marine Technologies. NAAM's Vocational & Skills Training programmes are in collaboration with IKBN and these programmes are carried out at the state-of-art training centers of IKBN located in the major towns in Malaysia. Upon graduation, the industry relevant programme and certification will equip the Youths from the B40 category to seek employment in the lucrative careers such as oil fields , welding, electrical repair and other major industries in the country.
Women Entrepreneurial Skills
NAAM's tailor made courses targets women from the B40 category and single mothers whom are keen to venture into small and home based business with minimal capital to supplement the household income. The programmes will help aspiring women entrepreneurs through the process of nurturing their skills and help them realise their dreams. It is about providing leadership and inspiration to act as a conduit to the transformation of the role of women in business into a dynamic force.
Dairy farming is being carried out traditionally by Indians on a smaller scale and as a family run business. NAAM seeks to take upon the challenge to train our Youths to be involved in the business on a more modernised and cost effective method. In this respect, NAAM is collaborating with experts in the field from Ministry of Agriculture (MOA). The Youths will be trained on site experiencing the daily routine which includes feeding, herding,grazing, etc. Dairy farming tends to be a highly technical business venture and contributes partially to the economy of the country.
